User Accounts and Registration

Photographer Accounts

To become a photographer on our platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content Rights

You retain ownership of all photographs and content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content through our Service
• The right to create preview images and watermarked versions for platform functionality
• The right to use your content for platform marketing with your explicit consent

Content Standards

All uploaded content must:

Payment Terms and Fees

Payment Processing

Photographer earnings are processed weekly and deposited to your linked payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

Refunds and Disputes

Customer refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds at our discretion and will work with photographers to resolve any disputes fairly.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
